In the interview letter I received they did ask for Medical but it also mentioned I could attend even if I do not have it. After attending the interview it did feel like that was the reason why they called us - they wanted my wife to go throught her medical again.
Sorry I'm not sure of I684(Affidavit of Support). They did not ask me for it.

I have filed my I-485 before my marriage and I need to be on H1-B VISA to maintain my spouse's H4 Status.
Couple of weeks back there was a leaked USCIS memo mentioning "The agency could also consider extending employment authorization to the dependent spouses of certain skilled workers. For example, USCIS sould allow employment authorization for H-4 dependent spouses of H-1B principals where the principals are also applied for lawful permanent residence and have extended their non-immigrant status under the provisions of AC21"

My H1B 6 yr limit is set to expire in July 2008. I have an EAD/AP from filing in July. I want to invoke AC21 and change jobs using EAD. I hear a lot of people mention about keeping your H1B visa just in case the I-485 application gets rejected. But even if I extend my H1, it will be based on the fact that I have applied for I-485 since I am over the 6 yr limit. In that case, won't my H1 extension be void too if the I-485 gets rejected. I am not really sure how maintaining H1B/EAD together helps people in my situation. ANy thoughts/inputs welcome.

You extend you H-1B (< 6yrs) based on approved PERM and/or approved I-140. So if your I-485 was rejected, your H-1B would be safe. However, if your employee or USCIS revoked the approved PERM/I-140, then I don't know what would happen to the extended H-1B.
If you invoked EAD and USCIS rejected your I-485, you would lose the EAD as well as the I-485 pending status because EAD was granted on your pending I-485 status.

Is there any law for disabled immigrant. I am 33 years old, and I am disabled, and I am here in US from 1998. I really want to settle down in one place, and it does not matter whether it is India or America but I think I have to make a choice right now, or my future will be a big question mark.
I have waited for a long time, thinking future will be bright, day by day I dont feel I will get my Green Card, So as my lost option I am wondering whether there is any option for disable immigrant? Any help is appreciated.

I dont think there is any special provision for disabled as far as GC is concerned.

Your situation isn't too tough.
Yes you will need a new F1 visa to re-enter. Nobody knows your chances of rejection, just take all the docs and hope for the best.
If your F1 gets rejected then you can come back on valid H4 - I don't think they will cancel other valid visas. However once you are back here you'll have to again apply for a COS to
