Apologies for any inconvenience caused by this thread.
Does 1 require a UK Visa if they are travelling on British Airways? As i have my parents travelling from India to USA on British Airways(they have Multiple B1/B2 US Visa)..
Spoke to BA &they advised me to speak to UK Consulate.:(
Any info be helpful.

I too had the paralegal filled out wrong information in regard to my employment history. My lawyer said the same thing; once it is on ETA 9089, you could not really change anything.
In fact, you could not change it when you file I-140. The only thing you could do is to discuss with your lawyer about possible RFEs.
Last but not least, don't sweat it. Worrying won't change anything.
And as for my case, it was approved without any RFE request.

I don't believe leaving the company that you had signed an I-9 form with have any impact on your GC app as long as you have a same or a similar job lined up if and when you do get an RFE regarding the same.
As mentioned several times, GC is for future employment and you can switch employers as many times as you want under AC21 (of course you don't want to go overboard with switching employers every few months either :)).
I hope this helps - again this is my understanding of the law and not a legal opinion.

If Indian Govt asks for more PR / GC numbers make sense. with current economic status rather asking for more H1B numbers.

Hello,
I have been approved for a new H1 visa for 2 years - Consulate Case. My previous visa extension was denied & so applied for a new one with a different company in a different state. I m trying to book an appointment online for the interview in which I have to fill up DS 156 form. There is one question # 24, where it is asking me write the address where I will stay. At present, I have not decided on address as I don't know stamping would be approved or not. So what do I need to write there. I presently stay in a different stay where I own a house.
Lawyers & experienced people pls. help out as soon as possible... I am running out of time...
