Well, what is the point in saying it now, he should have said it in the 90s and early 2000 when industry was booming and people found a career path in coming to the US.
Right now, so much work is outsourced and it is continuing. Very difficult to get a IT job in US on h1b and IT consulting on h1b also facing so many hurdles. For any new immigrant on a software job who wants to get a h1b visa and green card - it is not an easy task.

But their lives could be made easier by providing schools, making sure that power condition and commuting is reasonably all right " Looks like he wants to still have the "less expensive" advantage over non-Indian companies / competition and he just wants more and easy H1B's and does not like the path to permanent residency and eventually citizenship and integrating with the American society - which is what American immigration is for. Just need the $$$. Though there are many good to learn from this company and this man, I do disagree with his views when it comes to immigration to USA.

I spoke to a staff at Michael R. McNulty's office.
He comes to Albany on weekends only.
Rest of the time (5 days a week) he is in Washington.
We can meet staff members any time betwenn 9 to 5 (no appointment required).
Spoke to staff member at Schumer's office.
He is not available for a meeting.
Have set up a meeting (with staff) for 12th April 11am (nothing available for next 2 weeks).
I was actually just trying to find out if we could schedule an appointment with Schumer. Did not expect them to set up an appointment on the phone so fast.
We can change if this is not convenient.
I am not sure if this is gonna help, as it is 2 weeks away.
Please provide feedback.

I have nothing against lawyers, most are hard-working and smart. But that smartness also makes them confuse others and ultimately its the clients who have to pay for the smartness of the lawyers.
I am totally against that.

VO: How many employees in your company?
I: 20-25
VO: I see your english is not good. How will you be able to do your job?
I: You are the first person to tell me in last 4 years that I cant do my job due to poor english.
[At this point I was ticked off]
VO: How long did you work for last employer?
I: 18 months
VO: How many employees in previous company?
I: 150
VO: How many Indians?
I: I dont know. Ask the employer.
VO: Is this company owned by Indians?
I: I dont ask my boss his citizenship status.

While we work on bills, is there anything that can be done without a bill but from some kind of an order from the President's office or the Head of USCIS. Getting a bill thru congress in this climate seems next to impossible ( If we could just counter the -ve bills/amendments that would be significant).
What I am trying to say is there something somewhere that can be done with just one office making the decision then we can all make a concentrated effort towards that one office as we do have a few Legal immigration friendly people at every office.
Any ideas????

You're right, the point I was making is the real intention of these Senators...When you want to scr.ew somebody you ask questions that are hard and mostly unanswerable....Take this example, Look at the requirement that Hyderabad Consulate has put up for H1B Visa Stamping, it sounds like they are saying don't you dare!!!Find the pdf with the questions he asked and compare to the answers they gave.
compare that with what happened with visa bulletin fiasco.
I think it was Zoe lofgren who sent a letter with very pointed questions to USCIS. I don't believe they made public their answer or if they answered it at all; and instead of fighting with Senator they reversed course and opened up the visa dates again. (A big part of me thinks that it was pure financial decision. USCIS was going to have fee increase and they realized that they would lose a lot of money but after they did their analysis; they realized their breakeven point was each candidate renewing ead/ap once and they would break even. They would even come out further ahead by allowing the applications because people would be renewing at least three times whereas in old fee structure it was only built in for one renewal).

This trend of cases filed at NSC and transferred to CSC and then back to NSC have not received FP notices yet.
Intrestingly, the cases being transferred from NSC to CSC and then going to TSC are getting the FP notices. Sparky_jones got it. I just read above that one other persons went to there too. Please update us when you receive the FP notice and I am sure you will receive it soon.

It does not matter who will get credit for this. It would not happen without people taking action - IV members or those who took the USCIS to court (BTW, 90% of those did it without attorneys). Nothing happens if you do not do anything!
